The Welltrack Healthcare service was developed alongside our Academy (www.welltrackjunioracademy.com) and our Nanny service back in 2019/2020.
It’s aim was simple to provide a service from infancy and beyond one that would meet the interchangeable needs of our clients and to enable the families in our care to have a work- life balance.
The challenge for most families is “How do I achieve this?”
As a CEO, mother and daughter, I was all too familiar with this question, especially when faced with the need to provide care to my family’s elder loved one.
Having tried various parties, nothing seemed to meet our needs. We wanted to create a consistent, nurturing environment for our elder loved one, one with a staff that would be fully integrated into our lifestyle. We learnt that in the current market that this was unattainable and our elder loved one had outgrown the standard at-home healthcare environment. We therefore decided to create a model of care, one which has been based on my studies of psychology and based on my extensive experience within the social care setting. The results showed to be extremely successful.

The answer is simple we created a model that is a mirrored version of the model that we deliver at our academies that is 24/7, or less depending on the needs of our families & clients.
