Elaine has a wealth of knowledge from childcare to the elderly and has worked within the standards and legislation of HSE, HIQA, and TUSLA for over 18 years.Elaine provides the strategic planning and development of the services within the Welltrack Group.Elaine has served in senior executive and managerial positions in healthcare, eldercare and residential care companies and brings a wealth of experience to Welltrack.

Jack is a practising barrister and the non-executive chairman of the Welltrack Group, a social care provider that he co-founded with Elaine Whelan in 2019. Their vision was to bring social care to a new level of quality and efficiency – from infancy, all the way through to old age and spanning all generations between – employing the best practices and technologies available to bring the process to life.

Operations Manager
David has worked in the social care field for the last 10 years. During this time he has become a lead runner in the field aspiring to reach the highest level of quality and care for his staff and his clients.
