Virtual Care
Service You Can Trust
On a day to day basis proceeding an accident or surgery. The service can be availed of in conjunction with or as a standalone service to support the client in their recovery phase.
This service is wrapped around the needs of the client.
Firstly, monitoring can be provided by several virtual calls per day.
Where staff check on the client in respect of their medication prompt, nutrition, exercise, rest etc.
The aim of the system is to provide support without being intrusive within a client’s home. Therefore, the monitoring is built with the client’s needs at the forefront.
Secondly, monitoring takes the form of the following:
Provides key information to our database in respect of a client’s wellbeing via sensors. It alerts the service if there is an issue in respect of a) reduced mobility, b) reduced urine rates or c) no movement in the case of a fall etc. All information being sent back to the database is monitored by the Healthcare Team, consisting of qualified nurses. If an emergency occurs, these sensors are equipped to allow the service to access the internal camera. This will follow a crisis management plan as signed off on from the client or next of kin.
